We begin in the idea phase, moving from design concepts, to permit sets, and even into color consultations, interior tile designs, cabinet design, and finally lighting and plumbing fixture selections.
We have also partnered with local developers and builders in designing their next community developments, updating their product lines with new facades and original floor plans which set you apart from your competition.
Our unique colored renderings have been used by Real Estate agents to promote a newly built home on the MLS, or in an Open House brochures or even in the Parade of Homes magazines. We have also been featured in Minneapolis' Metro Magazine and Twin Cities Spaces, Places and Faces.
